Robert Wood served as founding International Director of The Walk to Emmaus from 1978 - 1985. Now retired, he was a United Methodist minister for 34 years, serving churches in the Southern California/Arizona, New York, Central Illinois, and Illinois Great Rivers Conferences. Robert and his wife, Jan, live in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. They have five children and four grandchildren.
