Kenneth L. Carder is a retired pastor and United Methodist bishop, and the Ruth W. and A. Morris Williams Jr. Distinguished Professor Emeritus of the Practice of Christian Ministry, Duke Divinity School. In addition to Living Our Beliefs, his books include Who Are We?
