Journey to the Table is a spiritual formation experience specifically designed for young adults, ages 18–35. It allows participants to explore faith through authentic teaching, and it fosters open discussion through which participants can build relationships with a community of peers. The Journey to the Table Leaders’ Manual is designed for the top leaders on your team: Team Leader, Spiritual Leader, Peer Leader, and Mentor. It includes information on the whys and hows of Journey to the Table: the purpose, how to select your team and assign positions and talks, the team structure, and how to prepare your team for the event.
